Booking & Retainer
Wedding dates are not secured until a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer have been received.
For bridal bookings, a retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the wedding day, as outlined in your agreement.
Social makeup appointments require full payment or a deposit to confirm the booking.
Retainers & Payments
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of cancellation by the client, payments made will not be refunded. This policy reflects the reservation of the date and the potential loss of other bookings.
Payments must be completed within the agreed timeline. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
Travel & Destination Weddings
On-location services are subject to travel fees depending on the event location.
For destination weddings requiring air travel or accommodation, travel expenses must be covered by the client as outlined in the proposal.
Schedule & Delays
A detailed timeline will be coordinated prior to the event. Delays caused by the client or bridal party may impact the final result. Early start times may be subject to additional fees.
Changes to Booking
Any changes to the number of services or event details must be communicated in writing. Additional services are subject to availability.
Force Majeure
In the rare event of circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, severe illness, government restrictions), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative artist from Lucy’s trusted team when possible.
